Probably the best thing Expo 98 left us were the gardens of the north side of it, the "Parque do Tejo". Its a great place to walk, do sports, walk the dog, take the kids, or simply to draw and enjoy the peace of the river...

In the midlle of Alvalades' buildings there's a great place to do sports, walk among the green trees or take the kids to play. This last option is what I often do, taking my 2 year old to the sand park where he as lots of fun... It's a good option to run away from the city and still be in the midlle of it!

One of the many things I love the place I live in, is the view from my room. I can see the orange roofs of Lisbon all the way to the Tejo river, however in this drawing, I could only see my neighbours' house that is under construction, making lots of noise... nothing is perfect!!!
